Itinerary

Mercado del Olivar – Tasting of iberian hams – City center route – Tasting of typical tapas and pinchos

We start our tour strolling through the beautiful streets of the historic centre to reach the traditional market of Mercado del Olivar, the largest public market on the island and one of the most important tourist landmarks.

We will visit different traditional shops and restaurants where we will taste a selection of Iberian products such as ham, chorizo, sausage, salami, pork loin… accompanied with virgin olive oil and a selection of local wines with which we will learn about the rich culture and wine production of the island.

The walk through the city centre is a unique opportunity to discover different typical local shops where you can buy exquisite specialities of all kinds: chocolates, sausages, salt flakes, empanadas or the delicious ensaimadas. We will be able to get to know the best of local organic food and products.
We will finish the tour with a stop at a cosy and central establishment in one of the busiest streets of Palma, where we will enjoy some pinchos inspired by the classic Spanish tapas while having fun with the lively atmosphere of the place.
